General Admission
Admission tickets can be purchased online or on arrival, subject to availability.
All admission tickets are non‑refundable once purchased.
Epicland Play Cafe accepts card or cash.
Your booked session time includes all time spent in the venue, including the café.
Customers are responsible for arriving and leaving at the times stated on their booking confirmation.
Session extensions may be available during quieter periods. Any additional time will be charged on exit and must be paid in full before leaving.
By entering Epicland Play Cafe, you agree to comply with our Epicland Play Cafe – Play Area Rules & Safety Information, available in‑centre and on our website.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Only food and drink purchased from Epicland Play Cafe may be consumed on the premises.
No confetti, confetti cannons, or decorations are permitted without prior written approval.
Bookings can be changed at least 24 hours before the session start time via the 'manage bookings' link in your confirmation email. A £5 administration fee applies if it’s less than 24 hours. Bookings may only be moved to a date within 3 months of the original booking date and are subject to availability.
In the unlikely event Epicland Play Cafe is unable to open due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of admission fees will be issued.
Epicland Play Cafe reserves the right to close play areas or remove equipment during trading hours if required for safety.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove guests without refund where behaviour affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
Epicland Play Cafe does not provide child supervision.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already made.
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be redeemed against general admission only, subject to availability.
Any balance exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the redeemer.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against café purchases or party bookings.
Lost vouchers should be reported to Epicland Play Cafe. Proof of purchase may be required.
Party Bookings
Payment & Deposits
A £100 (plus booking fees) non‑refundable deposit is required to secure a party booking.
Full payment must be paid 7 days before the party date.
The total number of children attending must be confirmed and paid for at least 7 days before the party date.
If full payment is not received by this time, the party may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Once final numbers are confirmed, no individual refunds will be given for non‑attendance.
Siblings not included in the party booking may purchase general admission separately but may not join the party food area.
Cancellations & Changes (By Client)
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing.
Parties may be moved free of charge up to 14 days before the party date.
Changes made within 14 days and no later than 72 hours before the party start time incur a £50 adjustment fee. (Subject to availability).
Parties cannot be moved less than 72 hours before the start time.
Party bookings may only be moved to a date within 3 months of the original booking.
Birthday cake orders are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
Cancellation by Epicland Play Cafe
If Epicland Play Cafe is unable to open due to circumstances beyond our control, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund provided if no suitable date is available.
Party Experience & Supervision
Epicland Play Cafe parties are fully hosted, but child supervision remains the responsibility of parents and guardians.
A minimum of 3 supervising adults is required per party.
We recommend 1 adult for every 3 children.
Children must play in age‑appropriate areas only.
Children over the 1.55m height limit are not permitted on the play structure.
Adults may enter play areas for supervision purposes only.
Food & Dietary Requirements
All food is prepared on site using high‑quality ingredients.
Party menus (standard, vegetarian, vegan, halal) and dietary requirements must be confirmed in advance.
Party food and drinks are for party children only. Unless otherwise stated.
Only food and drink purchased from Epicland Play Cafe may be consumed on the premises.
Customers may bring their own birthday cake for the celebration moment only. Cakes will be wrapped for takeaway.
All cakes must be be nut-free.
Cakes containing fresh cream or requiring refrigeration are not recommended.
Cakes ordered through Epicland Play Cafe must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
Decorations & Entertainment
Customer decorations are not permitted without prior written agreement.
No confetti or confetti cannons.
Third‑party entertainers are not permitted unless agreed in advance in writing.
End of Party
10 minutes before the end of the party, children will be asked to gather belongings and party bags.
Children must not re‑enter the play areas after the party unless re‑registered for general admission.
Additional Information
A 1.55m height restriction is enforced for safety.
Grip socks must be worn in all play areas.
Please supervise children at all times.
Epicland Play Cafe reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund where necessary to maintain safety and enjoyment for all.
